Women Who Wine!

The ladies who live in APTO AA on Rua Condessa Mumadona are a little wacky! They meet every Sunday, cook dinner together, drink Portuguese wine and end the evening looking like coal miners.

What is going on?
Move over Oprah, these women who wine are goal-oriented divas! Sunday nights are when we visit our weekly goals (made the subsequent Sunday night) and when a goal is left behind, the cork (from the empty bottle of wine) takes on special meaning as it is burned, cooled and lightly pressed on the face of the individual who spent their time blogging rather than reading about their human capital. Who knew a cork would have so much inspiration, drive, and motivation behind it??

P.S. I hear burnt cork is great for the skin.

Leasa sometimes I worry about you. Did you tell your friends that you used to chew your toe nails?

Sounds like a great excuse to eat, drink, and be merry. No, really a good purpose is always a reason to celebrate.

Bobby wrote the last comment. You know I wouldn't do that. He was here fixing my computer. He was testing my blogger status.

To my kid bro, Ok, you cannot run or hide...I know you logged in under the parents e-mail and posted the "toe-nail" comment. There is this rule in Leasa'a blog world...called the no-blog zone, kind of like the no-fly zone, and when you post something here you aren't supposed to, you get shot down. Thank goodness we have guns in the U.S. (that is a sick joke!) Seriously, have you ever tasted toe-nails?? If not, maybe you should before you judge! Hee, hee!
