On Tuesday, February 6, my dear Ethiopian friend, Emnet, hosted a birthday party for one of his favorite artists, Bob Marley...reggae! There were about 15 of us and we danced for 3 hours, toasted many times in honor of Bob and sang along to the tunes of Buffalo Soldier, No woman, no cry. 
These days, we are becoming very creative with the themes of our parties and we are increasingly become more and more like a family (at times a dysfunctional family!) There are 17 of us here in Tampere and it's pretty incredible how we stick together as a group, yet bring other friends in.

So Leasa, I didn't realize you liked Marley. I guess like you say one can celebrate anything. Sounds like you did it up good. It proved a reason to Paarrttyy!
