Helsinki

Here is a quick video of our time in Helsinki. Charlie came down for a quick visit and we had a fabulous autumn day full of sunshine in Helsinki and at the Suomenlinna Sea Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site.  The Sea Fortress was built in 1748 when Finland was part of the Kingdom of Sweden and has since been used to defend it's sovereignty or lack thereof.

I'm glad Charlie got to share the sites with you. Looks like a great historical city with lots of attractions. You will probably see a lot of this city as you collect your research material.
